It was recently brought to our attention that several members of the Community received collection letters with regard to the deferred quarterly assessment/special assessment owed. Please note that if you received a letter of this nature to please disregard this as the Board of Directors has not rendered a final decision on this matter. As you may be aware, the Association adopted the 2021 Fiscal Year Operating Budget with the increase to the general quarterly assessment as well as imposing of a special assessment. After discussion with several members, the Association rendered a decision to defer both of the increases pertaining to the general quarterly assessment as well as the special assessment until further notice.
