Error In Billing

It was recently brought to our attention that several members of the Community received collection letters with regard to the deferred quarterly assessment/special assessment owed. Please note that if you received a letter of this nature to please disregard this as the Board of Directors has not rendered a final decision on this matter. Once a decision is reached, the membership will be advised to this and there will be a period of 30 days before any potential increase be valid.
