Special Assessment

As you may be aware, the Association adopted the 2021 Fiscal Year Operating Budget with the increase to the general quarterly assessment as well as imposing of a special assessment. After discussion with several members, the Association rendered a decision to defer both of the increases pertaining to the general quarterly assessment as well as the special assessment until further notice.

The Association will conducting its’ Annual Election on Monday, January 18, 2021 at 6:00PM. We will be discussing this issue at the conclusion of the election meeting. This meeting will be held telephonically. Instructions have been placed onto the Association’s web-site for access to the meeting.
